Just read your take on Macrobiotic food. You've tried it yet? Where I first encountered the term was the book, "You Are All Sanpaku" by William Dufty and George Ohsawa (the macrobiotic master). Come to think of it, my cat must be sanpaku because she has eyes just like the cat in your blog.
I'm doing the macrobiotic thing right now. Lots of brown rice. It's very interesting and counter-intuitive that raw veggies are OUT. But, you're right, it's all about the balance of Yin to Yang. Nice blog!
